    Very poor experience. I had been there more than three times or several times while i was starving as my workplace is near, the food - fries, burger and chicken wings were served cold and dry to me all the time. May be i am unlucky one. There was a time when i was in rush, the cashier or receptionist did not want to take order when there was no customer at all and was not doing anything on the counter and asked me to order by myself on the machine which i didn’t think was a big deal and did myself.

    Quality and flavour of the chicken is pretty good. Staff are struggling to keep the place tidy despite its smaller floor area compared to the next door shop. Nice decor. Reasonably quick service.// place is filthy today

    I usually order at the till regardless of how long the que is. I like them to know I'm watching as my food gets prepared. I honestly believe that alot of the time if you order from behind the scenes, drive through, self serve etc.. they tend to take liberties with your order. Anyway, I used the self serve outside the store, paid then went to collect. It was ready immediately as soon as I got to collection point. When I got to my staff room and saw my hot wings, it reminded me why I order at the till!!! As dry as the Sahara desert and way too much hair for my liking.But in all fairness I've received decent food in the past.I will use this place again if I'm honest but I'll continue to order at the till as I've never before received a dry hot wing that needs a shave.

    Good to see there are many Halal shop in Brent-cross shopping centre . It used to be the best shopping centre in London and still much better than many new shopping centre.Small KFC the customer service is not that great good still good for as it’s Halal . Free parking not very over crowded .Parking: Free shopping centre indoor and outdoor parking for customers.
